This monthly group is hosted by St. Louis artist, Aida Ade, and is held to support the mental health of artists of all mediums. Navigating life's changes can be difficult but, you don't have to do it alone.

Join us in supporting one another through life's twists and turns through a psychoeducational, mental health support group. This group will feature therapeutic techniques of expressive arts and recreational therapy.
